Online purchases/exchanges

Online purchases can be returned either in-store with the tax invoice or via mail. However, we ask that you contact our Team to advise that you will be returning the goods and why you are returning the goods, and we will arrange with you the return of the items.

The cost of returning the items is the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is faulty through no fault of this Store.

We will attend to the refunds promptly, and we will notify you once we receive the goods and have attended to the refund. All refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
