Caring for Your MDF Board
MDF is not water resistant, so sealing your board before applying tiles is essential. A cost effective method is to mix equal parts of water and PVA (Polyvinyl Acetate) and apply it to all surfaces, including the sides and back.

Once your mosaic is complete and grouted, we recommend painting the sides and back with multiple layers of paint to prevent moisture damage. To further protect your design, finish by sealing the mosaic surface with a high quality grout sealer.
