Please note that we will happily assist customers who wish to return or exchange goods purchased from our store in person or online.
If you are not satisfied with an item that you ordered online or instore, you can return it to us within 60 days of the purchase date.
We can provide a refund provided the following:
All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging and in saleable condition
Proof of purchase
Refunds will be processed using the payment method stated on your original receipt. If you do not have a receipt and are unable to produce the card that you paid with, we require proof of payment.
We can provide an exchange credit or refund.
